Terms confirmation
Days 1–2A dedicated manager confirms the destination, service scope, timeline and next steps. No advance payment is required before document preparation begins.
Document file setup
Days 1–3After the route and service terms are confirmed, we set up the applicant file and start coordinating the required employer-side documents.
Document package preparation
Days 5–9We prepare the employer-side package: contract, invitation, insurance where required and supporting documents. You receive scans for review within 5–9 days.
Scan review and payment
Days 5–10You review the completed document scans with your manager. The full service fee is paid only after you have received and reviewed the scans.
DHL delivery and appointment support
Days 8–14After full payment, we send the original documents by DHL, arrange the embassy or consulate appointment and stay in touch until the visa decision.
